Refund & Returns Policy

1. Classic Chesterfield does not offer refunds for deposits and full payments on orders unless the items are not as ordered by the customer.
2. If you received a product that is not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then arrange to have the product returned to us and inspected by our quality control team. If the product is found to be not as ordered, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product at our discretion.
3. Refunds can take up to 5 days to be deposited into the customer’s account from the time the goods are returned to us.
4. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during transit.
5. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our refund policy.

Warranty

Classic Chesterfield Warranty on all products:

• 5 Years on Construction & Workmanship
• 2 Years on Leather or Materials

Sale Items

• Only regular priced items may be refunded.
• Sale items cannot be refunded.

Lead Times

1. Our standard delivery time for orders is 16–20 weeks unless an item is in stock.
2. Due to potential delays from supply chain disruptions, government lockdowns, or shipping issues (e.g., COVID-19), delivery may extend up to 30 weeks.

Shipping Policy

1. Australia-wide deliveries must be paid for 3 days prior to item pickup.
2. If goods are damaged by the customer during unpacking or moving, the return transport cost will be charged to the customer.
3. If items are damaged by the carrier, Classic Chesterfield will bear the return cost.
4. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
6. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
